We often place the burden of righteousness on ourselves or others, striving to maintain moral high ground in our relationships with others and with God. Focusing on "good works" can lead to pride, like the Pharisees, or to feeling crushed by the impossible task of earning salvation, like those burdened by their teachings.
This design is inspired by Matthew 11:28-30, where Jesus invites us to let go of striving for salvation and instead receive rest through grace alone, made possible by His sacrifice.
Jesus bore the law’s weight perfectly and took the punishment we deserved. His yoke is easy; His burden is light!
